Say you are in a remote area, with little or no connectivity? Or on an island with only expensive & slow satellite access?

In Tiki Suite, we have tons of features, and specifically for this use case, we have:

• The web proxy in ClearOS is a high-performance proxy caching server for web clients
• The bandwidth manager is used to shape or prioritize incoming and outgoing network traffic.
• The QoS (quality of service) app is used to shape or prioritize network traffic.
• How to Configure a Load Balancing 3G Multi-WAN Router + Wireless AP

We need a Mesh Network for all the devices (mobile phones, tablets and computers) to provide wifi access for the whole village.

CyanogenMod laptops and F-Droid/Aptoid (locally mirrored) could be used for apps.
