Tiki Manager Package connecting to Virtualmin

Goal: Tiki Manager on one server, used to manage Tiki instances on one or many remote Virtualmin instances.

Connect Tiki Manager to the Remote Virtualmin server

This provides the capability for Tiki to connect to Virtualmin and launch commands. Visit tiki-admin_dsn.php and enter the data as follows
