NTP servers are used to sync the time on systems and making sure they are running their schedule tools and apps without conflicting, draining system resources and even overloading the hardware. Its also good to mention that there is a chance at times that the connection for the country, state, city or even location and ISP my not reach the ClearOS/ClearCenter NTP servers, but you still need to keep things synchronized.

ClearOS only provides its own NTP servers, and we need the ability to edit, add or remove some servers and also configure the server for you local network in case the internet goes down.

The app repository lives at https://gitlab.com/rdcongo/app-ntp and enhancements were proposed as a `merge request` at https://gitlab.com/clearos/clearfoundation/app-ntp/merge_requests/2
